All our Healing hippie products are designed with comedogenic fruit oils, and are designed for all skin types.
My skin is so sensitive to everything. Will your ​​​​​​​products bother it?
We created our skin care line to assist with sensitive skin. Our favorite body butter to help with sensitive skin is our Lavender Birchwood body butter, or our Lemon Berry Body Butter.

Is there anything unscented ​​​for my sensitive skin?
We only use 100% Therapeutic Grade GC/MS Tested Essential Oils the create the essence of "smell" in all our products.
If you need something that is unscented, please feel free to submit a request, and we will be in contact with you to create your very own custom product.

All our Healing Hippie Organic products are 100% natural. We have used all natural vegan, botanical, food grade, preservatives to extend the life of your products. If you have your products for more than 6 months; a good practice would be to put it in the referigerator.
Why Do Essential Oils Work?
The Science behind essential oils is quite simple. Essential oils are closely related to the DNA structure of our human body, and therefor, our body instinctively knows how to incorporate, utilize, and ultimately benefit from daily use with essential oils.
How long do Healing Hippie Products take to work?
While several of our customers report instant relief, everyone's results will vary due to your own natural body chemistry, and how your body metabolism functions.
A good practice for our Healing Hippie products, is consistency.

How Do You Use Muscle Mist?
Everyone has a different pain tolerance level, so we suggest start out using as much mist, on clean skin, as you can tolerate, until the pain "breaks" then continue using regularly while symptoms persist.

Is there gluten in these products?
All Our Healing Hippie Products are Gluten Free. Including our Body products that contain Non-GMO Wheatgrass Powder.
​Are there vegan products?
All our Healing Hippie Products are Vegan.
Our Body Butter Collection is 99.75% Vegan, as we have included a very small amount of Raw Bees wax to assist in keeping the product from severe melting during shipping.
** Chunky Butter ** is Vegan, as it has No Bees wax included.
I've heard of 'Parabens'. What are they & How can they harm me?
Parabens are a class of widely used preservatives in cosmetic and pharmaceutical products. Chemically, they are a series of parahydroxybenzoates or esters of parahydroxybenzoic acid.
Parabens are believed to disrupt hormone function by mimicking oestrogen. Too much oestrogen can trigger an increase in breast cell division and growth of tumors, which is why paraben use has been linked to breast cancer and reproductive issues.
*There are NEVER any Parabens in our Healing Hippie Organics Products.
How Often Should I re-apply My Healing Hippie Organics Products?
Generally speaking, essential oils are processed by the body much like drinking water. So a good rule to go by, is applying every 3 hours for general maintenance, pain, or daily stress.
If you consider yourself to be severe, then by all means, apply as often as needed.
Can I use to Much or Become Addicted?
No. All Healing Hippie Products are made entirely from nature. There are never any addictive stimulants used, and your body knows how to process essential oils, naturally disposing of what you don't need.
How Do You Use Zen It?
Zen It is an Aromatherapy powerhouse and works fastest by inhalation.
1. Mist generously in to Air and Breath in, for a count of 10 seconds.
(about 3 deep breathes through the nose)
2. Mist generously onto Blood Pressure Points: behind ears, throat, breast bone, wrists, inner elbows, stomach and feet if desired.
3. Use Morning, afternoon, and night, or as often as you want to obtain maximum results due to stress and anxiousness.

​​Why are oils called essential?
The oil bears the name of the plant from which it is derived; for example, rose oil or peppermint oil. Such oils were called essential because they were thought to represent the very essence of odor and flavor.
Is it safe to use Healing Hippie Essential Oil Remedies during pregnancy?
At Healing Hippie Organics, we care more about the safety of our customers than selling a product; which is why we go to great lengths to ensure all of our ingredients, and therapeutic grade essential oils are free from pesticides, synthetics, fertilizers, GMOs, parabens, toxic aditives, etc.
With that said, using essential oils in pregnancy and breastfeeding can be beneficial, but there may be safety issues which should be assessed. Pregnant women should consult their healthcare professional before using any essential oil product.
While our Healing Hippie Organics remedies are carefully designed and considered safe, essential oils in general should not be used topically in the first trimester of pregnancy or with difficult and unstable pregnancies.

Our Return Policy is pretty simple.
Customer satisfaction is our philosophy.
If for some reason, you just don't love your Healing Hippie Product, or you can't find a friend to give it too.
We would be happy to answer any questions you may have in regard to using your product prior to returning.
If you really just need to return it,
you can return your FULL Product with in 14 days of delivery, for your purchase price, less your return shipping fees.
What does FULL Mean? Each of our product is weighed before shipping, and weighed upon return.

Also, please make sure lids, and bottles are secured tightly to ensure no liquid or body product leaks out. Please include your packing slip, as we will need to be sure and credit the proper person.
Please keep in mind, original shipping is not credited back and customers are responsible to pay for return shipping. Partial refunds may be issued for any product received in damaged condition or if significant product has been used.
What packaging is used to ship my products?
Healing Hippie Organics is all about recycling.
Depending on the size of the order, we ship our products in padded bubble mailers or small boxes.
How can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please email:

While we cannot guarantee any changes to be made to the order once it has been placed, we will try our best to accommodate. If we were not able to change or cancel the order, upon its arrival, please write "Return to Sender" on the unopened package and dispatch it to the appropriate mail carrier. Once we receive the package back in our facility, we will issue a full product refund.

Yes, we offer combined shipping discounts, that are calculated automatically per product.

If your order arrived damaged, please email us a photo of the damaged product(s) to: info@healinghippieorganics.com and our customer care team will be happy to assist you!
If your shipment is missing product, please email us your order information at: info@healinghippieorganics.com and we'll get the issue resolved as quickly as possible.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Most all orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Due to the nature of our Handcrafted, small batch production, some orders may take up to 3 days to process.
We do not operate over the weekends, and orders placed over the weekend will ship out the following Monday or Tuesday.
During busy periods, including holidays and sales periods, the processing time can increase to 3-4 business days before your package is shipped.
