** Ginger, cinnamon, and cloves, are know to stimulate blood, and may irritate sensitive skin. Please consider using your favorite carrier oil when applying directly to skin of for your kiddos!
Adults:
1. Mist & Inhale Directly through nose for about 10 seconds, 3 deep breaths.
2. Mist on Hands & Inhale through the nose, Mist around the crown of head, bottoms of feet, stomach, on Pillows, Drapes, Air Vents, Blankets, & Whole Home.
Kids:
**Always use essential oils with discretion around children, as they are very potent, and can cause irritation to sensitive skin.**
Recommended Usage:
Age: 0-6 months: No Contact on Skin, Mist in the air, on Pillows, Sleep wear, Blankets, & in Baby's Room, add to your favorite diffuser.
Age: 6 months to 1 year: Very light use on body, primarily on Feet, and stomach. Mist in the air, on pillows, blankets, clothes & sleep wear, stuffed animals, drapes, & vents, and your favorite diffuser.
